A Temporary Research Contract for Technology Transfer is available (in the group of Prof. Thomas Schäfer, www.mixedmatrixmembranes.eu) at the Basque Center for Macromolecular Design and Engineering, POLYMAT Fundazioa (www.polymat.eu).
Applicants must have a BSc and MSc in Chemistry/Polymer Chemistry/Applied Chemistry with a strong background in Chemistry and previous experience in membrane technology and advanced surface interaction monitoring techniques (QCM-D, SPR, DPI). Education/experience in entrepreneurial activities will be a plus.
Good command of written and spoken English is a must (if preselected, a telephone interview will be carried out before any other appointment is made). The selected candidate will be responsible for the technology transfer and pilot-scale experiments related to an entrepreneurial idea which is being brought to the market.
