2 PhD Fellowships – POLYMAT

2 PhD positions are available at the Basque Center for Macromolecular Design and Engineering, POLYMAT Fundazioa in projects funded by the consortium of companies forming the Industrial Liaison Program of POLYMAT. The projects will deal with waterborne polymers produced by polymerization in dispersed media to produce high performance products.

Eligibility

Applicants for these PhD projects must have a solid background in Polymer Chemistry and (by the time of the beginning the work) a Master in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science/Engineering or any other related area.

Good command of written and spoken English is a must for both PhDs (if preselected, a telephone interview will be carried out before any other appointment is made). The selected candidates are expected to conduct research, write papers, and deliver a PhD thesis.
